The Desktop CSR Is A Major Upgrade and Huge Improvement Without The High Cost!

There are a lot of small agencies on low-end systems because of their low cost. That's a fact and something I can verify from my 20 years of working with agencies.  Money matters to the small agency, period!   

In fact, some agencies struggle even to purchase a low cost system but do so because they understand the importance of having something in place over nothing at all, not to mention that there are carriers that won't do business with an agency if they can't receive their downloads. 

Our solution to help these agencies is to …

introduce a state of the art system at a low price so you can still save money on your management system while having a system that will allow you to increase the productivity in your agency. 

Every agency needs a system that will allow them to massively increase their productivity.  I might even go so far as to say the smaller agencies, agencies under 5 users and especially the 1-2 user agency, needs a productive system even worse because of the small profit margins they work with.   

You see, it's a fact that the more productive you are, the more profitable you'll be.  Without this point over taking the purpose of this blog (already discussed this in another area), let me explain it this way … the more policies and clients a CSR can effectively manage the less CSR's you need.  That's the quick explanation. 

Agencies on no system and on low-end systems are finding the Desktop CSR to be a far better automation solution than the low-cost, low-end systems on the market.  Yes, we're pretty low-cost too but for a different reason … after 20 years of working with agencies we understand how big of a role price plays to the smaller agency.  That's why our introductory price is just $1595 and $85/mo. 

This blog is going to take a different approach.  Rather than writing why the Desktop CSR is a major upgrade and huge improvement over so many of the systems on the market, I'm going to show you in a video blog.  This should be fun!

Of the 95 items on a list that we quickly put together in an hour, I showed maybe 15 of them in the 20 minute video giving each item just 1.3 minutes each.  I had really hoped to present at least half of them.  The problem is, the 20 minute video is 24 mgs which is bigger than I had wanted.

There really is a lot to this system.  After over 2 1/2 years of programming we're close to our first release which many would say is equivalent to a new vendors Version 3 or 4.  That's because we know what we're doing!
