CP Manager
The first system we’ll be releasing is CP Manager. Just like the other systems on the market, it’s a Client & Policy Management system which is the foundation to any management system.
However, it will be offering a design and features to massively increase your productivity and help you service your clients and their policies much faster.
When it comes to any management system, client & policy management is foundational! Miss it here and the other features are insignificant. That’s because it’s clients and policies that agencies sell to build their agency, service to keep them as customers and renew to increase their profitability. Without clients and policies, you have no agency.
Then we look at the profitability of an agency. With CSR’s being your highest cost, doesn’t it make sense to provide them with an automation system that will allow them to manage & service far more clients and policies so you’re not needing to hire additional CSR’s as often?
Absolutely. Consider this. If the CSR’s in one agency can manage 2100 clients each because of the automation system they use and the CSR’s in another agency can only manage 900 clients each because of how inefficient of their automation system, the second agency will have far less profits because they’re spending those profits on hiring more CSR’s just to manage their clients.

Things To Know About Our Systems
Here are some things you should know about our systems:
Our systems are written in 100% web based technology, all current as of 2016. Running them from the internet is what they were designed to do.
However, because so many agencies don’t want their data outside of their agency hosted thousands of miles away from them we have paid careful attention to being able to install and run the systems from your network. This means you can:
1) Purchase a hosted system that’s ran from the internet, or
2) Have it installed on your network and ran from your network, or
3) Have a hybrid system where you install it on your agency’s network AND let outside people login via the internet. With our systems you have choices.
We knew from day one we were going to be introducing TWO different systems. That’s why we planned for a seamless data conversion — no cost to you — when moving from one system to another. Not only will it not cost you anything, you won’t lose one iota of data!
We also maintained the same highly productive layout of the system so you won’t go through a new learning curve either.
Upgrading will be very easy for your agency and staff. There’s no reason not to start out with the CP Manager and then if you find the TIME system to be a more complete solution for your agency you can easily upgrade to it.
We can do the setup of the system for you (fee based) or you can do it yourself. We’ll provide whatever service you need to help you get up and running on the system as quickly as possible.
