The Implementation Specialist Position with Agency AutomationTEAM, Inc

Helping an agency get off on the right foot is the most important step with a new client.

The Implementation Specialist will work with our brand new clients helping them to setup the system and guide them through the complete implementation process. You’ll establish what they need, provide timelines and make sure each person involved in helping a new user get up and running on the system are on task and ready for their part in the process. The Implementation Specialist is the glue to the whole process!

In addition to numerous services we offer at no cost as part of the implementation process, there are some services we can provide for the agency to take the task off their shoulders. If while working with a client you establish the need for one of these services, you should feel comfortable recommending it to the agency along with making the account manager aware of this.

We can’t emphasize enough the important role the Implementation Specialist plays with our brand new clients. Get them off on the right foot within the scheduled timeline and we’ll have a very happy client.

Requirements:

  • Must be very organized.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Should have some sales skills.
  • Must be able to coordinate with others and stay on top of timelines along with making sure each person in the process is doing their part.
  • Will coordinate with the client and work with the client as needed. In addition, you need to keep the account manager in the loop of the process, and if there are any problems let the account manager know so s/he can handle it with the client.
  • Must have strong computer skills.
