The Quality Testing & System Critiquing Position with Agency AutomationTEAM, Inc

This position will play a very important role in testing CP Manager making sure it’s error free to provide the most solid system to our clients. In this position you’ll be working very closely with President Mr. Chesnut.

We anticipate our Quality Testers will be the companies first Customer Service Specialist who are the backbone to the company. Your quality work and commitment to this important position will open the door for you being offered a position as a Customer Service Specialist!

About Position:

  • Daily you will be testing different parts of the system and making sure it works as designed. You will be instructed on which areas to test.
  • We will provide you with the critique docs programming is following to write our system. Your job will be to make sure programming followed the critique docs and to make sure the areas being tested work properly… data flows correctly, buttons on the window work, etc.
  • Daily you will submit the critiquing and testing you have done.
  • This is a long time permanent position… we will always need Quality Testers who are testing our system as we add new features to the system. With a very aggressive upgrade path we will have a lot of testing that will need to be done.
  • Those who take this position the most serious and provide the best, most thorough work will have the opportunity to move to the Customer Support Specialist position (CSS) which includes a pay raise. With our growth projections we will be hiring (or promoting) CSS’s practically monthly.
  • You will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) due to the sensitive and highly confidential information you will have access to.

Work Space:

Because we have not moved into an office space yet since we’re not quite ready to launch the product Quality Testers will work out of their home as a Tele-Commuting position. Once we move into our office space you’ll need to work out of our office in either Post Falls, ID or Coeur d’ Alene, ID. This will be within the next 60 days.

About initially working from your home:

  • You will be an independent contractor until you move into our office and will receive a 1099 for your taxes in January. As an independent contractor you’ll be responsible for your own taxes and benefits.
    • Once you move into our office you’ll be paid an hourly wage as a W2 income as an employee.
  • As an independent contractor you will establish your own work hours and report the hours worked to President Mr. Chesnut weekly. We will pay up to 40 hours per week. This gives you a lot of flexibility to work around family schedules.

Requirements:

  • Your P&C insurance experience and any experience you have with an agency management system will put you at the top of the list. If you have experience with an agency management system, be sure to include which one in your cover letter.
  • Must be very comfortable on computers and using software applications since you are testing a software system. Experience with agency management systems for P&C insurance agencies will put your application at the top of the pile.
  • This is a database program. Database experience is helpful.
  • Must have dual monitors a min of 20″ each. In addition to having many windows open in our system you’ll have numerous documents opened at the same time. You also need to have enough RAM memory to support having all of these windows opened at the same time.
  • Must learn quickly.
