That means if you upgrade from Desktop CSR to the TIME System there's not a new learning curve. 

Plus, we've made upgrading from the Desktop CSR to the TIME System extremely easy and very cost effective ... you won't need a data conversion and won't go threw a new learning curve.  We've really thought about your needs and budget when designing these systems!

Under Activities just above the Service Tools, after each activity there will be how many or the amount in the case of Amount Owed.  Then to process or review the items, just click on the activity which is a hyperlink.
