The Products!

The CP Manager is the first system to be designed by insurance automation consultants who thoroughly understand workflows, productivity strategies, how data needs to flow through the system, and an agency’s automation needs… this is huge!

We’re bringing the agency management system to the 21st century with the biggest re-engineering of the management system since the industry moved from Agency Bill to Direct Bill and the systems changed their focus from being accounting driven to being policy & client driven.

  • We’ll be introducing two systems. 1) The CP Manager: A Client & Policy management system like the other systems on the market, and then, 2) The TIME System: A full-blown true “agency” management system.
  • We’re not going to load the system up with a whole bunch of features and then out-price it for the smaller agency. You purchase what you want and need.
  • We’ve added over 27 exclusive features to our system. We’d love to tell you about them now and how they’ll dramatically increase your productivity and have you using the system in an hour, not in weeks and months, but you’ll have to wait until we release the products for general release to hear about them. It’ll be well worth the wait!
  • When upgrading from the CP Manager to the TIME System you will not need  to do a data conversion. It’s always been our plan to come out with two key management systems and we did NOT want our users to need to spend the money and time to have their data converted from one of our systems to another of our systems.
  • In addition, when upgrading from the CP Manager to the TIME System you will not need to go through another learning curve saving you a lot of time and money getting up to speed on the system. We spent a lot of time meticulously designing the layout for maximum productivity which is why the layout stays the same. All that will change is you’ll have more Hub buttons, more service tools and more features. But the layout stays the same.
  • Between not needing a data conversion or needing to go through a new learning curve, there’s no reason not to start with the CP Manager and then upgrade to the TIME System if the TIME System is what you ultimately want.
  • Finally, our core objective with our systems is to massively increase your productivity and to be extremely easy to use. You’ll really love how much faster your staff will become proficient on the system and how many more policies each of your CSR’s will be able to manage with our systems.

We’re a company 25 years in the making with a combined background of experience over 50 years. We’ve already worked with thousands of agencies and already know the frustrations agencies experience with other vendors.

Early on before a single line of code was written we made many very strategic decisions such as:

  • We knew we were going to create and offer multiple products to meet the needs of small agencies to large agencies. Knowing this was our plan, we also knew we didn’t want to make our clients have to go through a data conversion to upgrade (or down-grade) from one of our system to another, nor did we want to make our users go through a new learning curve.   • From 20 years of survey’s we knew the system had to be easy to use, which is the #1 request of agencies nationwide. Done.
  • We know agencies are frustrated with the features vendors are adding to their system. It’s like the vendors aren’t listening to the users on what the users want. This is why our users will have most of the say on what gets added and in what order. After all, this is YOUR system.
  • When it comes to training, as “insurance automation consultants” we know that workflow training is where the rubber hits the road to help an agency increase their productivity. We also know that this type of training isn’t something vendors offer forcing agencies to pay the high fees to insurance automation consultants. We will be offering this type of training!
