- We’ll use GoToMeeting (desktop version).
This lets you share your screen with us so we can see exactly what you’re seeing. That way, as you click through windows, we can explain what you’re looking at and point out key details. Setting up GoToMeeting will also allow others in your agency to watch the walk-through from their own computers. - If desktop sharing isn’t possible, we’ll adapt.
In that case, we’ll run CP Manager on our end and guide you on what to click. Our goal is to make sure we’re always on the same screen as you. - Feel free to explore.

The special walk-through login works only during your walk-through session. Afterward, it’s automatically disabled. - One login per agency.
To protect our intellectual property, only one person may log in at a time. If more than one user logs in, all sessions will be logged out. (This safeguard was added after an agency once shared access with a competitor’s sales rep.)
