  • You can link an email to numerous records… the main client record, a client contact, the policy, the policy carrier and a policy carrier contact. The email sent or received can show up at all of these places under Correspondence for these records.
  • If you drag and drop attachments from your computer onto the email to be sent these attachments will automatically be attached to the clients record. Talk about saving you time.
  • Emails received which have attachments, you can add the attachment to a client and policy with a single click. Again, talk about saving you time.
  • You can email an ID Card, an Invoice and a Certificate with a single click.
  • You can email a client attachment in the system with a single click.
  • You can build an email pulling from Attachments, policy sections (ACORD forms) and Supporting ACORD forms putting all items in a single PDF file in the order you want them.
  • You can globally email or fax statements to all clients who have an outstanding balance. You can also send statements individually should a specific client need one.
  • You can globally email or fax Certificates to all cert holders of a master certificate. You can also send a certificate individually to each cert holder.
  • When sending an email you can choose WHO you want to send it to… the client, a client contact, a carrier, a carrier contact, the policy carrier or the policy carrier contact. Or you can send it to all of them by adding them to the To field, CC field or BCC field. Just click who you want to send it to and how you want to send it to them.
