When I Started This Project, I Refused to Build “Just Another System”
When I set out to design and build CP Manager, I wasn’t interested in creating yet another agency management system. There are already too many on the market that look the same, feel the same, and fall short in the areas that matter most.
From the beginning, I had a very clear vision of what agencies truly needed. That vision became the four core objectives CP Manager was built on:

1. It HAD to be easy to use! It had to be simple and intuitive. For over 20 years, surveys have shown this is the #1 request from agencies.
2. It HAD to be single-entry! Double or triple entry is one of the biggest productivity killers in an agency. The system had to eliminate that waste.
3. It HAD to integrate & interface with 3rd party programs and carriers, because no system exists in a vacuum.
4. It HAD to massively increase your productivity. Not just marginal improvements. The system needed to deliver dramatic increases in efficiency that directly boost profitability.
These weren’t “nice to haves” — they were non-negotiable. And they’re exactly why CP Manager stands apart in a sea of cookie-cutter systems.
Through it all, staying focused on our objective, we ended up with a system that...
- Re-engineered Client & Policy Management from the ground up for speed, clarity, and ease of use.
- Modernized Core Features like Notes, Follow-Ups, Attachments, and Correspondence by bringing them into the 21st century — making them more powerful and fully integrated across the system.
- Introduced Breakthrough Tools that don’t exist in any other system, developed specifically to drive massive productivity gains for agencies.
With more than 25 years of insurance automation experience driving the vision, even after setbacks (because, frankly, we were doing something no one had ever done before), and after taking longer than anyone expected… CP Manager is finally here.
Have we created the next evolution in agency management systems? Many agencies tell us we have. But the only opinion that matters is yours.
So let me ask you the question I love asking every agency owner:
“Are you ready to get your time back?”

Dear Agency Owners, CSR's, Producers and Bookkeepers,
I love this industry. Anyone who knows me personally has seen my commitment to helping agencies succeed — and those who don’t can hear it in my voice when we talk.
I love automation. I love solving problems for agencies. And I’m incredibly excited about what we’re bringing to the market with CP Manager.
The question I get asked most often is: “Why take on such a huge and expensive task of building an entirely new agency management system?”
The answer is simple: because it had to be done.
I’ve been working with agency management systems since the mid-1980s. Over the years, I’ve built deep expertise in agency automation, workflows, productivity strategies, training, and even programming. And yet, system after system has left me — and the agencies I’ve worked with — disappointed.
Here’s why:
- Most systems today are direct bill driven, leaving weak support for agency bill business. True agency bill requires advanced accounting, which most systems simply don’t handle well.
- Most systems are download driven, which sounds great until you realize only about 400 of 2,000 carriers download — and even those don’t download all LOBs. Agencies still need strong, efficient manual workflows, which most systems ignore.
- Commercial lines are consistently overlooked, even though they’re critical for many agencies.
- And most importantly: workflows — the backbone of a CSR’s job — have been ignored for over 30 years.
After training thousands of agency staff, I can tell you: workflows are the single hardest thing to teach because they vary by task, carrier, and line of business. The fact that no vendor has built a true workflow-driven system has always baffled me.
That’s why I created CP Manager — the first productivity and workflow-driven system.
For years, I pushed other vendors to improve their system, to make their systems easier to use, better integrated, and more productive. I was told either:
- “Our table structures don’t support that.”
- “That’s not a feature we believe is needed.”
Not needed? Seriously?
So instead, I listened to agencies — and we delivered what they actually asked for:
- Ease of use (the #1 request for over 20 years in surveys)
- Massively reduced workloads
- Truly integrated workflows and features
- Commercial lines power as well as personal lines support
- Full accounting
- Personal and commercial downloading for all LOBs that download
- Modernized tools like Notes, Follow Ups, and Correspondence — rebuilt for today’s agencies
We analyzed every piece of the agency management process and asked: “How can we make this better?”
The result isn’t just another management system. Agencies who have seen it firsthand call CP Manager a complete re-engineering of the agency management system.
I couldn’t agree more.

I’d love to welcome you to the CP Manager family.
Until then, blessings to you,

There's A Reason It Took 11 Years To Build CP Manager
Our commitment was never to be first to market — but to get it right!
Most agency management systems are rushed out in 1–2 years. Their focus? Add the “must-have features” and push it to market. Workflows, productivity strategies, and single-entry efficiency are left as afterthoughts.
And here’s the bigger problem: once agencies are added to the system, the table structures are locked down. Those table structures determine what a system can (and can’t) do, how single-entry it really is, and how productive it can ever become. That’s why so many vendors, when asked to improve their system, reply: “Our table structures won’t support that.”
I knew from the start this couldn’t happen with CP Manager.
That’s why we built it differently:
- We began with Commercial Lines first (the most complex), then added Personal Lines.
- We engineered CP Manager to be truly single-entry from the ground up.
- We built workflows and productivity strategies into the foundation — not bolted on later.
This process required time, patience, and discipline. But by holding off on adding clients until the foundation was perfect, we were able to build something no one else could: a system that is powerful, easy-to-use, highly productive, and extremely single-entry.
The result? CP Manager is light years ahead of other systems. It’s not feature-driven. It’s not weak in commercial lines. It doesn’t saddle you with double-entry or clunky workflows. From day one, it was designed to be the most productive system an agency can own.
For me, this was never about “just another management system.” It was about creating a tool that allows agencies to become the most productive and profitable in the industry.
So the question is:
Are you ready to get your time back, increase profits, and free up more money to reinvest in growing your agency even faster?
