In a normal walk-through, we let you choose if you want someone in your agency to drive CP Manager. With this walk-through it's our showing you key things in CP Manager so you can maximize your Test Drive time. There's a lot to cover, and we just can't get through it all if we let you drive.
The time goes quickly — 90 minutes will be up before you know it. Stay focused so you can see the areas that will help you maximize your Test Drive experience.
Details of the 7-Day Test Drive Program
The 7-day Test Drive starts on Monday and runs through Sunday at 9:00 pm PST. When you sign up, you’ll choose the Monday you want to begin.
You'll be given one login you can share with your staff. It's a community login, others will have used it in previous weeks.
Access & Security

- The login will have nearly full security so you can test almost everything.
- However, since this is a shared Demo Agency, some functions (like full staff record control) are restricted. It's with staff records where we locked things down and limit your access.
- Don't share any personal information, like setting up a client in your name or anyone in your agency. If we find client records or other records with personal information in them, we immediately delete them. This is for your protection.
- We have rotating user logins. Only your agency should have the login we provide to you for the week. However, mistakes happen, especially since this is a shared Demo Agency and a shared login.
- If you want to setup the email on this staff record you can. We want you to test out the emailing in CP Manager. When setting up your email credential, don't use your actual email address. We strongly recommend you create a new “clean” test email account such as a Gmail account or a test email address for your agency like "cpmtest@". Try to remember to remove it at the end of the week.
- Only people who have your specific login will have access to your email credentials. People who login with the other Demo User accounts cannot access any email credentials of any other user.
We charge $67 for the 7-day test drive. The test drive program is for agencies who are serious about moving to a more efficient, more productive system.
The fact is, the 7-day Test Drive is the most cost-effective way to “look under the hood” and see if CP Manager is right for your agency. For $67, you get a full week of hands-on access — and if you decide to purchase, the fee comes right off the price.

- Serious agencies don’t hesitate to invest $67 to confirm a system will meet their needs.
- Agencies that push back are usually tire-kickers.
- If you’re not ready yet, schedule a no-cost 90-minute Walk-Through first, and we'll even let you drive. If CP Manager looks like a fit, then commit to a Test Drive.
If you purchase CP Manager within 30 days of the Test Drive, your $67 fee is applied to your purchase.

Details Of The 30-Day Test Drive Program
Our 30-day Test Drive program is a whole different ball game from the 7-day Test Drive. With the 30-day Test Drive program, we actually set up your agency on CP Manager at our live server — as if you were already a client.
That means when you decide to move forward, you’ve already had a month of data entry into CP Manager. No starting from scratch.
Here’s what to expect:
- Full Agency Setup: You’ll be able to add, edit, and manage staff records, personalize your setup, and print ACORD forms with your agency’s name and address.
- 10-User Default: By default, we set you up with 10 user seats (more available if needed).
- System Overview: While training is still fee-based during the Test Drive, we provide a complimentary 2-hour system overview to show you how to maneuver through CP Manager.
- All Features Available: You can do everything a live customer can do — it’s your system for 30 days.
Important Notes:
- We do not allow Test Drives prior to a walk-through. A walk-through is required first so you’re prepared to get the most from your Test Drive.
- With both Test Drive options, if you choose CP Manager within 30 days of the start date, we’ll apply the Test Drive fee toward your purchase.
- If you need training during the 30-days, you'll need to purchase it like a normal client would. This is why we provide the 90-minute walk-through prior to the test drive like discussed above.
Remember, This Is A Test Drive:
- Because this is a "test drive", we're not offering you all of the services and everything we'd offer to a new client. Your account manager will be available to answer questions.
- We're not going to go through the setup process to personalize everything to your agency.
- We're not giving you access to the Client Only area of the website for the "new user" training and implementation process which guides you through setting up and personalizing CP Manager to your agency.
- Your account manager will be available to answer questions.
- The $197 covers creating your agency on the live server, the 90-minute walk-through and a 2 hour multi-media CP Manager overview.
