CP Manager 2018 Has Been Released

The CP Manager 2018 R-1 Has Been Released!

What’s Exciting is Our First Release Is Leap Years Ahead of The Majority of Other Systems.

We’ve Only Just Begun With Product Features to Make Your Job Easier, Faster and Help You To Massively Increase the Profits In YOUR Agency!

Spokane, WA – September 15, 2018 After spending over a year designing CP Manager, going through three programming teams to have the system I envisioned written, we’re releasing CP Manager 2018 R-1.

Our vision from day one has been to create the easiest-to-use and most productive system on the market. Considering there’s never been a system designed by insurance automation consultants before who thoroughly understand automation, productivity strategies and agency workflows, we’ve succeed in achieving these (and numerous other) goals!

Our first program objective was to lay a solid foundation and build the core parts. It all starts with an insured and a policy. Having the tools and being able to easily service your insured’s was the first task at hand, and doing this easily was critical.

As insurance automation consultants, obviously we’ve worked on other systems. What we have experienced system after system is the other systems don’t handle the processing of a task in a highly productive way hindering our ability to help you create a highly productive agency. We found many of the systems to be counter-productive in helping the agency create a highly productive agency.

When it came to designing CP Manager we took the blinders off and completely ignored how the other systems worked so we didn’t become a victim of becoming just another feature driven system.

Instead, from the ground floor up increased productivity has been foundational to CP Manager which forced us to re-engineer so many parts of the agency management system to achieve this objective.

Along with this we created a much more common sense and efficient way of servicing your clients. As consultants, we have a much bigger picture of what you do and what it takes to process your work… this is all part of the system, and you’re going to love it!

As the clincher to helping you massively increase your productivity and to create a far easier system to learn and use, we’ll be introducing the first fully integrated “Workflow Task Management System”. It has been built into this system from the ground floor up.

With this industry having been workflow driven for over 30 years it has never made sense that none of the systems offered a fully integrated workflow task manager (WFTM) to walk your staff step by step through the process of handling a task like an endorsement, renewal, etc. It has taken Insurance Automation Consultants to create the first system with a fully integrated workflow task manager it.

Finally, your workload really will drop like a rock!

The WFTM won’t be available for about 3 months after the release of CP Manager because it’s a fully integrated feature which requires the other parts of CP Manager to be put in place first. We are just now finishing up on these other pieces and will now put the final touches on the WFTM to make it available as fast as we can. We clearly understand that once this feature is released you will never again accept a feature driven system after you experience what a workflow driven system will do for your agency.

You should know, Consultant Bradley Chesnut recommended a number of these features to other vendors but they just didn’t want to add them to their system.  Largely because it would’ve required a re-write to add them.

You can’t imagine how advantageous it is to be very clear on what a system needs to do and then build this functionality and usability from the ground floor up.  Having Insurance Automation Consultants behind the design of CP Manager is monumental in creating a highly productive system, the #2 request of agencies for over 20 years.

By the way, the #1 request of agencies by a huge margin is ‘Easy To Use’ which is why we also made sure CP Manager was intuitive and the easiest system to learn and use available.

Internet, Network or Both … You Choose!

Survey after survey Bradley Chesnut President of Insurance Automation and Marketing Consultants, LLC has done shows that a lot of agencies (1/3) want to run their management system from their network, not from the Internet. Yet, vendor after vendor is trying to push their users to running their agency from the Internet.

The reality is, there are pro’s and con’s to both.

When we designed CPM we made sure our system will also run on your network. it goes without saying it will also run from the Internet since the system is browser based.

What we did was:

  • We made sure our system will run very fast from the internet by eliminating all images from the system and making sure our code was tight. CP Manager runs amazingly fast on the internet… network fast from the internet.
  • We then tested it on a local network. No problem! However, there is a minimum requirement for the operating system the computer it’s being installed on. Plus, it’s a bit of a process to install it but once it’s up and running it’s awesome. (Because of it being a bit of process to install it we won’t be offering a local computer install for the first 6 months as we ramp up our staff.)

We don’t care which environment you want. With our system you choose! We’re not going to force you to one or the other. Instead we’ll evaluate which method is best for you. For example, maybe you’re in a rural area that doesn’t have good internet options so a network solution would be better for you… no problem.

Or maybe you want the best of both worlds, a network version that you can access via the Internet for your remote offices or while you’re out of the office like a clients home or office. We can do this too.

Talk to your account manager to discuss which makes the most sense for your agency.

Price … Don’t You Feel Like The Decent Systems Are Way Over Priced?

There are traditionally two types of systems on the market…

  1. Full Feature, Single Entry Systems which effectively handle commercial lines policies and have full accounting, and
  2. Entry Level, predominately Personal Lines driven systems.

Generally the entry level systems are low cost but heavy in double entry, require extra steps to get the job done, lack key features and much more. Because they lack key features you’re having to do more things by hand.  Because they’re heavy in double entry you’re entering information already in the system again costing you time and money.

The full feature systems, on the other hand, regardless to how good they are are just too pricey!  And they’ve become very convoluted taking a simple task and turning it into a multi-step process which is costing you time.

Because CP Manager will allow you to increase the productivity in your agency regardless to what system you may be coming from, we know we could charge significantly more than what we are.

Instead we want to make this system available to all agencies, regardless to size.  Smaller agencies don’t have a consistent cash flow and are watching every penny.

Larger agencies will save a lot of money on their automation costs while also increasing their productivity to help them grow even larger without needing to hire more staff which will increase their profitability.

For both, financially we make it possible to move to a more efficient and productive system! Just the increase in productivity in the first year should more than cover the cost to move over to CP Manager.

We will be offering significant introductory prices to the system for the next 6 months! By then, we will have even many more features added to the system …

We’ve Only Just Begun.  We Have a Huge List of New Tools and Features Coming …

As mentioned above, our first program objective was to build the foundation and core parts which starts with an insured and a policy. The Customer Hub was our primary focus to lay a solid foundation for the rest of the system and future enhancements planned. When designing the blue-print to this system, the Customer Hub was just part of it.  We outlined and designed tools and features that will take any agency, regardless to size or current system, and allow you to…

  • Massively increase your productivity even more and in unusual areas other vendors don’t address,
  • Give your staff the tools to stay on top of their work, and
  • Provide additional automation to automate area’s of your agency forgotten or not addressed by other vendors.

I hope you can appreciate that the features and tools to come are confidential. However, you can contact your A-Team account manager for more information.
